As a result of Danmarks Nationalbank’s interest rate reduction of 0.25 percentage points on April 22, 2025, a corresponding reduction will be made to a number of Grønlandsbanken’s lending and deposit rates. The interest rate on deposits currently earning 0% will remain unchanged. The interest rate change will take effect on June 2, 2025. Grønlandsbanken has today published its annual report for 2024. The Bank achieved a profit before tax of DKK 245.7 million, compared to DKK 244.6 million in 2023, which is within the revised guidance from October 2024 of DKK 225–250 million.
