Grønlandsbanken highlights corporate governance as an essential element to achieve the bank's objectives.

In today's world corporate governance takes up an essential position considering the management of especially listed companies. In relation to this the Copenhagen Committee on Corporate Governance established a number of recommendations all listed companies are obliged to relate to.

Grønlandsbanken gives a high priority to the guidelines and relates to alle the recommendations. The guidelines are consistent with the Greenlandic corporate governance guidelines.
