The task of the Nomination Committee is to support the board in connection with the nomination of candidates for the executive management and the board.
The committee thus has the overall responsibility for defining the competence profile of the board and the executive management.
The Nomination Committee consists of the chairman of the board, Gunnar í Liða, and the vice-chairman, Kristian Lennert.
