Remuneration committee

The remuneration committee's task is to review remuneration-related matters that the board, management or audit wish to clarify.

The committee monitors Grønlandsbanken's guidelines and the determination of remuneration for the board and management.

The remuneration committee consists of the chairman of the board Gunnar í Liða, deputy chairman Kristian Lennert and employee elected Peter Rex.
