At Grønlandsbanken, we believe that job satisfaction and well-being are closely linked to the feeling of succeeding in everyday life. Together with the Financial Sector's Education Center and the Financial Union, we are working purposefully to strengthen the learning culture in the bank. The goal is to make us all better at navigating in a world of constant change and to create better well-being and collaboration in everyday life.
How do we do it?
