The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) is the public authority tasked with supervising that Danish banks, including the BANK of Greenland, comply with current regulations. On 1 April 2010, all banks were required to publish the Financial Supervisory Authority's assessment of the bank - including adverse remarks, compulsory orders and risk information.
Any adverse remarks, compulsory orders or risk information received by the BANK of Greenland can be viewed on this site. All reports must be published within three business days after receipt by the Bank.
