When your association is to be established at Grønlandsbanken, we require a number of documents and information to correctly set up and secure the account. We would like to help you safely through the process, so here is an overview of what we need:

 

1. Articles of associoation

They must be signed by the board, and it must be clear who has the signing authority in the association.

 

2. Minutes

A copy of the minute from either the founding general meeting or the most recent general meeting, signed by the constituted board.

 

3. Identification for the board of directors

Two types of identification for board members: proof of residence and either a passport, driver's license, or birth certificate.

 

4. CVR number documentation

Documentation for the association's CVR number.

Once we have received these documents, we can begin the registration process. You will receive additional documents that need to be completed and signed. This includes, among other things:

  • Expected scope of business
  • Powers of attorney
  • Self-declaration
  • Customer relationship agreement

 

Online banking for the association

If the association wishes to have online banking, we need to be informed of the names of the individuals who will have access. If these individuals are not part of the board, identification is required in the same manner as for board members.
