If the association wishes to have online banking, we must be informed of the names of the individuals who will have access. If these individuals are not part of the board, identification is required in the same manner as for board members.
Associations without CVR number
If your association does not have a CVR number, you must submit the following: (Applies to, for example, school classes and small associations).
- Articles of Association
- Minutes from the most recent general meeting
- Identification for proxy holders
- Proxy arrangements
Update of information for associations
Once your association is established, it is important that we continuously receive updated information. We therefore request that you send a signed copy of the latest minutes from the general assembly, so we always have the correct information about your board and can ensure the association's funds are managed as effectively as possible.
Update on changes
If there are changes to the board, please send verification of new board members in the form of a proof of residence and either a passport, driver's license, or birth certificate. Also, remember to inform us of any changes in online banking access, signing authority, or power of attorney arrangements.
