If you see a card payment you do not recognize or have not approved, you can make an objection. Always start by contacting the store – often it can be resolved there. If not, you can submit an objection.
You can make an objection if:
- A transaction is not yours
- The amount is higher than agreed
- You have paid for a product you have not received

Check first if the amount has already been refunded in your Netbank or Mobile Bank. The dispute must be made as soon as possible, and your card must be blocked if it is lost or misused. You will need your card number, CPR number, and MitID. Please note that a rejected dispute may incur a fee.

If your card has been lost, stolen, or misused, it must be blocked before you can file a dispute.
