The combined Visa/Dankort functions as a regular Dankort in Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Denmark. When you use the card in other countries, it is the Visa part that you use. This means you can use the card in stores, ATMs, restaurants, hotels, etc. all over the world, as well as online.
Cash Withdrawal
In Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Denmark, you can withdraw up to 6,000 DKK per day from ATMs. In foreign ATMs, you can withdraw local currency equivalent to 2,000 DKK per day. Please note that a fee may be charged when you use your Visa/Dankort in certain foreign ATMs.
