Are you over 60 years old and have equity in your home? Then you can unlock part of your property's value and gain extra financial freedom. This credit can serve as a supplement to your everyday finances and is primarily intended for use after retirement.
What can you use the credit for?
You can borrow up to 40% of your property's value in branch cities and up to 50% in Nuuk. The funds are disbursed either gradually over three years or as a lump sum. The credit is renegotiated every three years, at which point a new maximum is set.
Security and stability
To ensure your financial stability, the property must be insured against fire, and we conduct a thorough credit assessment. The loan-to-value ratio must not exceed 40-50% at the time of approval.
