How do I dispute card payments?

You can dispute if you notice card payments on your account that you do not recognize or have not approved. You can dispute if, for example: there is a transaction on your account that you do not want to acknowledge, the amount is greater than you have approved, or you have purchased an item that you have not received. What happens when I apply for a quick loan?

We process quick loan applications continuously. If your application is approved, we transfer the amount directly to your account. If your application is not approved, you will not receive a separate notification.

What is 3D Secure, and how does it work?

3D Secure is a security measure for online shopping that requires an additional confirmation to complete payments. You will receive an SMS code or use MitID to approve the transaction.


How to get 3D Secure  
Open www.nets.eu in your browser  
Select "Solutions" and choose "Digital security"  
Select "Register mobile number and password for your card"  
Select "Next", enter card number and confirm  
Give consent and confirm with your MitID  
Create a password before entering mobile number, remember country code 45 changes to 299, press "Confirm"

How do I become a customer and create an account?

New customers can create an account by contacting our customer service. You must bring valid identification and any documentation of income. See what identification we need from you here.

Geographic Security

It is possible to set geographic security on your Mastercards; this functionality helps reduce fraud and protects you as a cardholder against potential misuse.

 

  1. Log in to Online Banking  
  2. In "Accounts and Cards," select Cards  
  3. Geographic security can be linked to all Mastercards, both Debit and Credit cards. Click on the "link" Geographic Security next to the card you want to change.  
  4. You will see: Regions and Categories.

 

Under "Regions" you can see which continents you can use your card in. Click on the link under the different continents to see which countries belong to the respective region. This is where you open and close a specific region, also for a specific period.

Under Categories, you can open and close for example Internet.
